Check in was quick.Room was clean and facing church and east/south.Hair dryer and toiletries were there, coffee/tea pouches.Positioned centrally,10 minutes walk to Stare Miasto,beside express shop Zabka.Coffee was great,not sure what others complained about it.It was good strong coffee.Bed is comfortable .It's a good budget hotel

We were unsuccessfully trying to watch the final of irish football. No where was showing the match in the town. An unbelievable helpful member of staff helped us set up the screen in a conference room. Nothing was a problem we were so grateful. I wish I knew his name

Well I stay at raddison on a regular basis in various places in view of quality to value. The price was good, and the typical standards were up held. It was clean, warm, and welcoming. The breakfast was a typical polish / continental type breakfast

From start to finish, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and unbelievably comfortable, with stunning views that made waking up a joy. The food was exceptional — every meal felt like fine dining, and the breakfast spread was a real highlight. The little touches, like a handwritten note and thoughtful recommendations, made the experience feel personal and special. The amenities were just as impressive: a dreamy rooftop pool, relaxing spa, and a well-equipped gym. I honestly didn’t want to leave! I’ll absolutely be back for another unforgettable stay.

I've stayed with Park Inn Radisson before in other cities and this hotel did not disappoint at all. The check in process was clear and smooth, and the staff made me feel welcome immediately. The room was a good size, more than enough for a solo traveller but 2 people would easily be able to navigate the room without feeling like they were bumping into eachother. Bed was super comfy and shower great (really powerful and easy to operate. Breakfast is superb, with lots and lots of choices of hot and cold food to set you up for the day. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main square with tram and bus stops only 2 minutes away. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Well done Park Inn

The room was big but not so comfortable, due to the position of the furniture. The staff is very kind. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the main square. The breakfast was very good, with many sweet and savory options, fruits, salads, etc.

I stayed with my 6 year old daughter in a double room. We found parking easily on the street outside (paying using Mobilet app or via machine) which was cheaper than the hotel parking particularly as we were overnight into a Sunday when the street parking is free. We got given a free complimentary breakfast during check in which was a lovely touch and very nice. The hotel reception areas are very lovely. The room was also ok, spacious, and simple with a balcony (although we only looked at it as the temperatures were freezing!).

The room was cozy and comfortable, very clean, with a great mattress and pillows. The staff was very polite, especially Alexey at the reception. Breakfast was delicious, but the selection wasn’t very large, especially for those who don’t eat meat or meat products. The ventilation in the room didn’t work well—it was quite weak. The location is excellent! The old market is nearby, along with convenience stores and grocery shops. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel location is perfect! Only a short stroll to Stary Rynek. The rooms are spacious and pleasant with air con. Very friendly reception staff. The breakfast is very good with various options of savoury foods, lovely bread, fresh fruit, pastries, and even waffles (their waffle machine is a real attraction for the kids).
