Check in was quick.Room was clean and facing church and east/south.Hair dryer and toiletries were there, coffee/tea pouches.Positioned centrally,10 minutes walk to Stare Miasto,beside express shop Zabka.Coffee was great,not sure what others complained about it.It was good strong coffee.Bed is comfortable .It's a good budget hotel

We were unsuccessfully trying to watch the final of irish football. No where was showing the match in the town. An unbelievable helpful member of staff helped us set up the screen in a conference room. Nothing was a problem we were so grateful. I wish I knew his name

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I can't recommend it highly enough. The cleanliness was impeccable; the rooms were always spotless. What I really appreciated was the fresh towels provided every single day – a small detail that makes a big difference. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast! There was a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely choose to stay here again."

Well I stay at raddison on a regular basis in various places in view of quality to value. The price was good, and the typical standards were up held. It was clean, warm, and welcoming. The breakfast was a typical polish / continental type breakfast

From start to finish, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and unbelievably comfortable, with stunning views that made waking up a joy. The food was exceptional — every meal felt like fine dining, and the breakfast spread was a real highlight. The little touches, like a handwritten note and thoughtful recommendations, made the experience feel personal and special. The amenities were just as impressive: a dreamy rooftop pool, relaxing spa, and a well-equipped gym. I honestly didn’t want to leave! I’ll absolutely be back for another unforgettable stay.

We stayed at this hotel during our vacation, the hotel is very neat and cozy, very good and polite staff. In the morning we found a flat tire on our motorcycle, so we received great help from the staff and especially the general manager Michal Molemda in finding someone to fix it, they also allowed us to stay at the hotel while we fixed the motorcycle, the staff kept taking care of us and asking if we needed anything. I definitely recommend it to everyone, a day that should have been full of worries became peaceful and a good memory. Thank you all.

I've stayed with Park Inn Radisson before in other cities and this hotel did not disappoint at all. The check in process was clear and smooth, and the staff made me feel welcome immediately. The room was a good size, more than enough for a solo traveller but 2 people would easily be able to navigate the room without feeling like they were bumping into eachother. Bed was super comfy and shower great (really powerful and easy to operate. Breakfast is superb, with lots and lots of choices of hot and cold food to set you up for the day. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main square with tram and bus stops only 2 minutes away. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Well done Park Inn

Convenient location - a few minutes walk from Old Town Market Place and many restaurants and pubs. Nice (I recommend those with a balcony), clean room, comfortable bed, pleasant to the touch bedding, large shower, C&T making facilities. For motorists payable, on the street parking, with many spaces or underground hotel garage (compact and quite expensive). Variety of breakfast options, very good coffee, homemade cakes, waffles to make yourself (great idea :-) Very nice and helpful staff, nice hotel - highly recommended!
